Organising Hair Stuff!

Sorry that I haven't done a Halloween post and also I have missed out a couple of weeks of posting but to make up for it I have some really cool posts coming up!

Disclaimer: I am not doing this to show off everything that I have, I just thought that this would be an interesting post for you to get an idea on how you can organise some things in your bedroom!

Before..... Every thing empty and on the floor!

Most things sorted out...

The Stuff left over...

In the first box that is sat on top of my mini chest of draws there are all of my necklaces
On the top 'shelf' there are my most worn necklaces
On the bottom shelf there are the least worn necklaces that I don't really use that often...

The second box that is next to the first, it is organised the same way as before but instead it is all of my bracelets...

This kinda box thing slots into one of my draws and can slide back and forth.
It is full of various different things;
- Lip Glosses/ Lib balms
- Perfumes
- Body Sprays
- Hand Moisturiser
etc...

Also in the same draw as the box thing, is this clear box that is full of bobbles/hairbands and hair grips/bobby pins...

Again in the same draw is a coconut body butter and some friendship bracelets in the small box...

In the bottom draw I have this box that is full of hair accessories like;
- Hair Donuts
- Fancy hair bands
- Head bands
etc...

In the same draw I also have some hair 'utensils' like;
- Straighteners
- Curlers
- Crimpers
- Brushes
- Extra things that attach to crimpers
etc...

Lastly in the same draw are some bits and bobs that I didn't want to leave out but at the same time, keep it tucked away...

And that was the stuff left over...

Hope you like this blog post!

Pink/Brown Cookies

Ingredients:

- A cookie mix of some kind

- 30ml of water (maybe be different depending on the cookie mix you get)

- A medium/large bowl

-Food colouring optional

First I got everything ready so I could start baking!

- Set your oven to 190 degrees/ Gas mark 4.

- Get a Baking tray and line it with baking paper if it isn't grease proof.

- Empty the cookie mixture into a bowl.

- Add the water any way you like and then sir it.

- Add you food colouring (Mine is Pink!)
- Then stir it up!

- After stirring!

- Then spoon a bit of the mixture onto the pan
- I found this very tricky because my cookie mixture was very sticky!

The End result!
They didn't end up pink and I'm not sure why...
Please comment why they weren't pink in the end and also what you think

My Favourite celebrity make-up looks

Kendall Jenner-
I Love this look because it is very natural. Because she doesn't have any bronzer or blush or lipstick on,  it really makes you want to look at her eyes. Her mascara must be a very good one because her lashes are long and spaced out.

Ariana Grande-
I like this look because it really suits her. I like how her eyes stand out, I think she has false lashes on and also I love the smoky eyelids! I like the way she has drawn her eyebrows in as well as they complement her eyes.

Iggy Azalea-
This look is really nice, I like the suttle hint of bronzer, it really defines her cheek bones and I like the smoky look on her eye lids too. Finally my favourite part is the shade of lipstick she has used because it brings the whole look together!

My Top 5 nail polishes

NARS-set
Rimmel 60 Second Nail Polish
2012_06_Essie-nailpolish

5.Nars Polish
I have never tried this polish before but i know that the nars make- up is really good so I think that their polishes might match the quality.

4. O.P.I Polish
The O.P.I polish is smooth and only needs one coat.It is very affordable and the pots come in many different sizes. It is also great for doing patterns depending on the thickness of the coat that you use. The only problem with this polish is that you have to re-new them alot as they get ruined and very easily.

3. The Rimmel 60 Seconds Polish
I love using this brand because as soon as I paint my nails, I want to do other things and then my nails smudge. This Polish dry's in 60 seconds so you don't have to wait very long after you paint your nails. I wouldn't advise using the polish for patterns though. Also I love the different colours! Rimmel have come up with so many different shades that look great on anyone!

2. Essie Polish
The Essie nail Polish is very smooth and needs only a 2 coats for most of their Polishes. Essie have brought out so many different colours for people to try and love! The Problem with Essie is that they haven't brought any matt Polishes out! Only a top coat. But I do know that the top coat is very good!

1. Claire's Polish
All of you probably didn't expect me to say this but my top favourite Polish is the Claire's Nail Polish.Their originality stretches to the moon and back! They have matt polishes, tie-dye polishes, sparkly polishes and so many more that look great and are easy to use! Only One coat needed! Their Prices are a bit higher than Essie Or O.P.I nail Polish but are generally affordable as most of their Polishes come in sets!

Summer!

This is my first ever post and I am new to this whole blogging thing!
I thought that I could talk about the summer holidays as it is the summer holidays!

So in the summer holidays I know that a lot of students are staying at home a lot so I thought that I could tell you some things that you could at home and out and about!

No.1.....

Enjoy the sun:

  • In the summer when there is sunny weather it is nice to get out and go for a walk with your dog or just on your own and maybe find something in your local park that you have never seen before.
  • You could build a camp with your friends in your garden
  • Maybe have a sleepover in your garden and watch the stars
  • You can have a pool party and have a water balloon fight
  • You can go down to the beach with your family and go swimming, make sand castles and have fun
No.2.....

Arts & Crafts:
  • You could do some painting or draw a picture
  •  could have a paper aeroplane contest with your friends
  • You could play truth or dares
  • Get some paper and maybe try and make some origami
No.3.....

Holiday activities:

There are lots of games to play in the pool like...
  • Marco Polo- It is when some one person has their eyes closed and says Marco and the other players answer polo. This helps the person who says Marco find the other players. The finder can also so say 'Fish out of water' and if any of the other players are out of the water they are automatically it.
  • You can race each other to each side of the pool as well!
If you are stuck in your hotel you can.....
  • Read an interesting book
  • If you bring a sketchbook you can draw something
  • You can play hide & seek
  • Depending on your age you can go for a walk around your hotel and be a bit noisy!
On the beach you can.....
  • Play beach volleyball& Football (normally a hotel provides these)
  • Make sandcastles
  • Swim in the sea & and try to jump over the waves

So there are many things you can do in the summer to have a great time with your friends and family and I hope you try these things and enjoy your summer!

Please comment and tell me what you think of my first ever post. Thank You!
